In recent years Monday is fast becoming one of my favorite days. It typically symbolizes new music and visuals dropping as well as a chance to reset and plan future projects. I often find myself at brunch with fellow entrepreneurs on a mutual quest to becoming independently wealthy. My latest meeting of the minds took place at The Paramount located on Charles Street in Boston, MA.
I went with one of my all time favorites the Spanish Omelet accompanied with Turkey Sausage.
